Sienna & Valencia 2 infinity is an ongoing study of girls situated in a BFF-constellation. Together they go beyond, reach higher and put each other on display. It’s a world of instant gratifications and unspoken rules where power shifts and pleasure takes on ever-changing forms. The material is sourced from the zeitgeist of the early 2010s, and research in educational environments during the spring 2024.

about Evelina Jakobsson Potenciano
Evelina Jakobsson Potenciano (SE) is a dancer and choreographer from Stockholm, Sweden. She works with contemporary dance and choreography to stage situations and images from the collective memories of pop culture. With a sensory approach to horror films, femininity and internet culture, Evelina investigates the theme of abjection in relation to the mentioned themes. In 2023, she graduated with a BA in Dance from Stockholm University of the Arts.

Ane Carlsen er en danser og performer baseret i København. Hendes arbejde drejer sig om dynamikken i mellem at se og blive set, i mellem det sære og det almene. Hun har en Ba i Dans og Performance fra Stockholm University of the arts (2020-2023), samt en Ba i psykologi fra Københavns Universitet (2016-2019). Som danser har hun arbejdet blandt andre Ofelia Jarl Ortega, Hugo Hedberg og Ellen Söderhult.
